1. Purpose and scope of application
These terms govern the sale of products offered by Marelle Store through this website to consumer customers, meaning natural persons purchasing for purposes unrelated to their professional activity. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them in the version published at that time.
We reserve the right to update these terms: any changes apply to orders placed after publication and do not affect contracts already concluded.
2. Products, availability and prices
All prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes. Images are for illustrative purposes only: slight colour differences due to screen rendering do not constitute a defect.
Availability is updated in real time, but an item may sell out between the time you place an order and the order confirmation. In that case we will notify you within two business days and you may choose either to wait for restocking or to receive an immediate refund of the full amount.
A price that is obviously incorrect — for example, due to a missing decimal digit — does not bind us: if we notice this before shipment, we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it at no cost.
3. Order and formation of the contract
The contract is deemed concluded upon the order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. Before submitting your order, you can review the summary and correct any information entered.
We reserve the right not to process orders that are incomplete, contain clearly incorrect shipping details, or show signs of suspected fraud, and we will notify you accordingly.
4. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are personal, cannot be combined unless otherwise stated, cannot be converted into cash, and must be used by the indicated expiry date. In case of a partial return, the discount is recalculated based on the products actually retained.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment data is processed exclusively by authorised payment networks over an encrypted connection; it does not pass through or get stored on our systems.
The amount is charged upon order confirmation. If authorisation is declined by the payment network, the order is not finalised and nothing is shipped.
6. Delivery and transfer of risk
Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. These timeframes are indicative and not essential under the law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the moment you — or a third party designated by you other than the carrier — take physical possession of the products.
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment: any re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason, as provided under European law. Marelle Store grants you an extended period of 30 days.
Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging, complete with any tags. Please email help.marellestore@outlook.com to start the process: you will receive instructions within twenty-four hours.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised, nor to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.
8. Legal warranty of conformity
Goods sold to consumers are covered by the twenty-four-month legal warranty of conformity provided for under European law. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced free of charge and, under the conditions set out by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, modifications or normal wear and tear.
9. Customer obligations
You agree to provide truthful and complete information and not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to place fraudulent orders. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, if you create an account.
10. Intellectual property
Text, photographs, trademarks and graphics on this website are protected and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — strikes, natural disasters, disruptions to transport or network services — for the duration of the event.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. This does not affect the application of mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer resides, including the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Before taking any other action, we invite you to contact us: we resolve almost all requests amicably, typically within five business days. The European ODR platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Severability
Should any individual clause be found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain fully effective.
